October 10, 1947 With a bounce we were off on our Senior Activities with our first dance, successful, tuneful, and lots of fun. Two hours of fun enjoyed by audience and participants. SENIOR-NEW SENIOR PARTY .,c,...........,..,......................,.....c,...c. November 7, 1947 The New Seniors entertained us royally. A show with a professional air, refreshments in the lunch room, then dancing in the Gymnasium made this a day that will live long in our memories. November 18, 1947 Our Mothers, as hostesses, gave us an afternoon of fun, delicious food, and a lesson in square-dancing. BUMPKINS BALL ,...,....ci..,i,.,,.,......,...,,.,..,....,........,.,..,..,.,........,...., November 21, 1947 We concluded Bow Week with lots of fun. at a tacky-dance that brought out the realist in all of us. SENIOR PLAY--BEST FOOT FORWARD .........,.,...,.. .......,..,....., D ecember 12, 1947 A delightful comedy which proved that Broadway and Hollywood have no monopoly on talent. I anuary 16, 1948 The Seniors, resplendent in white dresses and well pressed suits, celebrated the end of their season of glory. An Aud session followed by refreshments and a dance completed Our Day. In our caps and gowns of royal blue we realized that our high school days were over, days in which we had our joys, sorrows, but also days of many friendships and good times. Fourteen Miss Wood MISS WOOD As we, the lanuary Class of 1948, leave Blewett, we realize that the enjoyment and success of our Senior year would not have been as great as it was without the guidance of our Sponsor, Miss Mabel Wood.
