leclica feol jo Four sf' As we, the Seniors, stand upon the threshold of life and gaze upon the imminent prospect of entering a strange, new, and vastly different world, we pause and with a fleeting back- ward glance survey the past four years. Then, suddenly we realize that we have reached a summit. Behind us lies a part of our youth, perhaps the most enjoyable part, and of it we have but a host of memories. Before us lies our future, with all its qualms and anxieties, and it is but a hope. These two facts dominate our thoughts at this decisive mo- ment. Our memories are a part of us even as we are a part of them. Hopes and aspirations are the breath of life to youth. Thus we dedicate this 1947 Brochure to our memories of yester- day and our hopes for tomorrow.
