In our Reporters' Club, there must be a two-thirds majority of hard Workers, because at nearly every meeting a number of reporters are ready to say, We did it. or We are over the top. These last remarks refer to drives for subscriptions, Year Book pledges, advertisements, etc. Among so many hard workers, it is hard to single out any one doing espe- cially well in any particular line but without any desire to neglect many good members a few may well receive special mention Frederick McCoy s unceas mg efforts on the staff and as president of the club have aided the reporters to put across the paper Virginia Henslee has been a help to the club for quite a While Helen Mears has been a wonderful booster in getting advertisements Jared johnson has had the job of sending out about forty exchanges every is sue Robert Morgan has served the paper well for s veral terms Bernice Bowdern has the best record seventy Eve copies for extra sales All these have done work but without the aid of Miss Thomure and Miss Gilmore I am sure we would be like Ship wrecked Robinson Crusoe Millard Glaser s comical column is greatly enjoyed by all But why go on? Each has done his best to please the readers of our paper and book One point more Even if you are not a reporter that does not mean that the story or verse you wrote when genius burned won t be printed The reporters will turn it in or the sponsors will receive it Our club is only human and occasionally the beautiful weather causes some one to call out Lets adjourn before Editor McCoy thinks all busi ness has been transacted but the Reporters Club does not wish to adjourn without thanking the whole school pupils faculty and principals for its generous support the pupils who secured us advertisements and the ad vertisers who helped us get out a larger book They have all earned a happy vacation Dorothy Priwer and Arnold Stoltz Les Causeurs Les Causeurs est le French Club de notre ecole Cet organization est charmant et tres interessant Les membres donnent des amusements chaque fois Le trente avril Les Causeurs donnerent une matinee et mainte nant Les Causeurs sont les garants du mouvement pour les orphelins Fran cais de la guerre Les officiers sont Presidente Maxine Goldman Secretalre Helen Hirschfield Tresorier Ida Louise Ebert Chairman du Programme Committee Dorothy Conzelman Dorothy Conzelman 7 V . . . . , - , . 7 . e .
