Dally. 1 'R The Future HomemakersofAmerica, a national organization,is an or- ganization which any senior high girl who has taken home economics may join. The club meets the second and fourth Tuesday of each month and pro- vides opportunities for solving homelife problems, sponsors group projects, and developes leadership qualities. The club serves as waitresses for all school banquets and sponsors a school dance each year. They send dele- gates to the District FHA meeting held at the school of the district vice president, the Minneapolis State FHA convention neld in Minneapolis, and to the FHA camp on Lake Arrowhead. Students interested in Athletics may assist thc gym instructors during their free hour. They may do office work, demonstrations, and give individuals help to stu dents. They also help check showers, take attendance and supervise games. Office Assistants ROW 1: J. Schmidt, D. Healy, F. Wold, O. Salthe, S. Juve. ROW 2: V. Silvertorn, L. Him es , E. Krammer, K. Stomberg, J. Beggs. ROW 3: M. Hubbard, C. Wattles, S. Anderson, V. Moe, C. Cloud. The office Assistants job is a service job for the school. The job consists of delivering and collecting attendance sheets, rtuining CI' rands, filing, recording, and calling students out of class. These girls assist the office personnelin the senior and junior high offices, personnel office, and in the nurses office.
