Of her many instruments, she ploys the oboe in the symphony. Thirty-eight high school students attend the rehearsals. Each semester, the orchestra holds two concerts, and every semester there are new auditions. I like the symphony because it's a very different experience from being in band , Michelle said. She explained the difference between an orchestra and a band; a bond doesn't have the mellow sound that an orchestra has. Michelle really enjoyed it and wished more Dement people were involved. Practicing her oboe, Michelle concentrates on her music. Michelle also ploys the trumpet, flute, and piono. 12
