X1 Bement High School's diamond representa- tives, under the direction of Coach Waity, pro- duced a record of no wins and four losses for the season. Hurt by the loss of last year's ace pitch- er, Russ Fritz, through an injury, the in- experienced Bulldogs nevertheless worked hard and showed improvement during the season. Harold Ard's home run was the highlight of the opening 7-3 loss to Sullivan.
