BEUON FALLS SHORT OF Bl-DISWZICT I0-14 ,eg 3 -Q. .f f ,ig I 5elton's Big Red played the toughest game of the season Lgainst Brenham. Even though the Tigers were outweighed on he Held, the determination of each player enabled them to 'eel number one as the stunned Brenham Cubs left the field vith a victory but knowing they had played ball. Each player m the field and off had an important part in the game as this vas the last game of the season for the seniors. They will al- vays remember the years they were Big Red Tigers and the imes in which they felt sorrow and the times they felt pride. This was one of the best games Big Red had played, this year. They need not be ashamed or disappointed by this game, be- cause they will always know that the school and the adminis- tration, of Belton are behind them 10071. The Belton-Bren- ham game was played on Kyle field, home of the fighting Texas Aggies. About 6,000 fans of the Big Red Tigers were there. They traveled the 90 mile trip to see the fighting Tigers play ball in which they got their money worth.
