JUNIOR CLASS or 19515. The nwheelsn of the Junior Class started things rolling in the right direction this year by accumu- lating more umoolahn than any previous classes. This was all the result of fast talking, sweat, and Derseverance during our magazine sales refre hm t s en stands, and numerous other Jobs n1cked,up along the way The Juniors made a brilliant showing on the memorable night of November 20th when we presented our olay entitled nspooky Tavern , under the guidance of Mr Simpson Proceeds were enormous in fun as well a financial profit Vernon Mucke and Don Greenwell were e sentials in our straight victory football record Vernon howed un later in basketball as did Sutton and K noche Pevgy Yeates showed her basketball technloue Our class narty was one of the usual's and a bowling narty turned into golng to the movies Three of the Juniors we e Beta members R osemary still, Carnation Cowan, and Vernon Mucke Harry Knoche and Vernon Mucke were hot candidates f r th o e Student Council election, backed by our Junior Class Also, Carnation and Vernon were renresentatlves n the Nc ossbone Chatter Phe school year was brouaht to a memorable climax with tr e annual Junior Senior Banouet held at Santa We Hills Country Club on May Sth yr 4' x 1 . YF SOPHOMORE CLASS OF IQSM Nell we're the Sonhomores of' 1953 514- a proud anc Joyful bunch! So far we have made out pretty good this year with not much punishment and so on We did oretty good on the oarties, too W had a hayride at the beginning of the year, a skat ing party, a Christmas party and of course tae most imoortant of all, the last day of school A l together we had a lot of fun and I don't thirk there anytming we have to complain about Ne are look ng forward to two more years in Ole Belton High and hope th teacher will be as glad tc see us as we sh ll be to torment them!
