Board of Education LEFT TO RIGHT: Mrs. Eleanor Roberts, Superintendent, Lightfritz. INSET Russell Hamilton. SECOND ROW: Emerson Gates, Pierce Luzader O. E. Garrett, President, Arch Parsons, Clerk. A community service group which shoulders a lot of responsibility, works without propor- tionate financial reward, is often criticized, but seldon praised -- that's the Board of Education. We of Belpre should be especially grateful to our present Board which has added the plannning for our new high school building to the usual routine. Most of us have no idea how much time and effort have been spent. Trips to Columbus, going over blue prints and specifications, lengthy meetings with state authorities, much careful thought -- have been given most generously in order that Belpre might have a school suitable for our rapidly growing community. In behalf of our community, our school, and the Belpre children for years to come, we say Thank you, but we know their best reward is in the satisfaction of a job well done. Mr. P. F.
