Some have moved away, several have withdrawn, and we have a few new members. Among the tenth grade activities of this year, basketball played a very important part. Five girls made the squad and five boys play- ed with the reserves. All these ten students provide promising material for next years's basket- ball season. The tenth grade eontribwted two assewbly programs. The first one, we vie proud to say, was written by 3'wIHbCT of our class, Edith Frashw e. The script called for a smal: dog and Mrs. MeCanlsky was kind enouch to let us have the use 0an.,Z','JfI V A ov' of Popeye , her pet terrier. Edith took the leadiny nart in her original ple' as the wealthy old dowafor whosed dog was kidnapped.
