Goossen, Pianist-M. Riley, Song Leader-S. Rice. The jr. High Y-Teen Club is a Christian organ- ization and a junior division of the Y.W.C .A. The big project of the year was the magazine sales. The total sold was Sl, 785 .65 with a profit of 3616.84 for the club. This will be used to buy equip- ment for the school and help send six girls to camp One piece of equipment was the Stereophonic Hi-Fi phonograph and a number of new records. The Y- Teen Club helped sponsor the initiation of the sev- enth graders. Watermelons were served. Another highlight was the planting of the Hybrid Elm pur- chased by the club. The club took charge of the Week of Prayer and had a ten minute devotional period each noon hour. The Y-Teen girls had charge of the Mystery Pal week before Valentine Day and lunch was served. Two stop Watches were presented to the athletic department.
