MWA l 9 A I vs l w l V l I r I' l N GREWORD Look to this day--for it is life, for yesterday is a dream, and tomorrow is only a vision. Today is a mo- ment, a day, an entire year. It is a year filled with mo- ments of friendship, excitement, study, trial, and attain- ment. .For those who have sought and found and for those whose quest is yet unsatisfied, our days are numbered. Cherished thoughts are many as we recall those incom- parable days of enthusiasm, optimism, and determination. Whether cheering our team to victory, cramming for an examination, or simply enjoying the companionship of our fellow students, these are the memories that we will come to cherish in our future days. Whether we be the green but eager sophomore, the expectant and hard-working junior, or the self -assured, confident senior, we have, in some way, been affected by this year. Our teachers and friends have brought about momentous changes in our interests, our activities, and our attitudes. We have advanced in emotional maturity, developed in character, and learned through experience-- these are invaluable accomplishments that will guide us into that new frontier , the ever present challenge of the future . . . ' All too soon today becomes yesterday, and only the future remains to be seen. We have an obligation to our school, teachers., parents, and ourselves. We must now begin to fulfill this obligation--today, not tomorrow. Yes, soon only ai dream of this wonderful year will remain. The CLARION STAFF has tried to preserve. many of the memories that have been combined to make THIS oUR YEAR. ' , BELMONT? 5 i 2 H l L 1 Y 0 5

E DED CATE Mr. Roy E. Miskelly WE DEDICATE In Grateful RECOGNITION . . . of Time . . . Service . . . Self . . . The very foundation of our life is built upon the lives of those who have exemplified able leadership, abounding character, and an undying faith in each person as an in- dividual. We, who are a part of all that we meet, continue to seek for such inspira- tional individuals. Within the limits of our school is found such a person whose high ideals and abilities blended with interest, experience, and enthusiasm, have infinitely enriched our lives. By being a capable teacher, and a devoted friend and guide, he has gained the love and respect of all his students. For these reasons, we, the Senior Class of 1966, do hereby dedicate the CLARION, our most prized possession to you, MR. ROY E. MISKELLY.
