Perhaps he ' s a good golfer because of his quiet, reserved, and steady manner. His daily journey from Mt. Energetic, hard-working, Joe is Student Council President. Piedmont Club President and a mainstay in the Glee Club of which, incidentally, he is president. The lad with the perpetual smile who came 11,000 miles to study law with an eye on the future governorship of Guam. A well- mannered, congenial, interesting product of his island home.
