afwcilq 'gage On Tuesday, February 2, the scoreboard dimmed for one last time. With the fading of these lights, so faded the 1987-88 Pan- ther's basketball season, leaving only memories - memories of grand victories, tearful losses, screaming coaches, and cheering fans. The team started the season with high ambitions and much determination. They were in- spired by Coach Daniel Parker, one of our new coaches this year. Their determination showed in many close games. Their future looks very promising and we will support them all the way. Even though the season wasn't what dreams are made of, we are all very proud of our guys. After all, dreams wouIdn't be dreams if they always came true. In our eyes each one of them is a win- Il! --is ner, and this is just the begin- ning.
