FOREWORD 10 This is Bells High Where each year there are gathered over three hundred students from Smoaks, Ruffin, Ehrd hardt, Lodge, and Islandton. Each, bringing his own tastes , reaches for academic study, sports, social life or just companionship. This, too, is Bells H the thrill of winning a ball game, the excitement of homecoming, the election of officers for various classes, Junior-Senior prom, beauty contests, boy friends, girl friends, participation in many activities, dread of examinations and. sometimes report cards, but awaiting the thrill of graduation. Most of us are closely associated with Bells for only four years -- some a shorter time -- but each one becomes a part of her and her impression is left on the students. These pages are the record of one year inthe life of Bells High School.
