Mr. Scott has been not only an outstanding gym teacher and coach, but he has also been a warm and understanding friend. He has always demonstrated a genuine interest in the student body and student activities. The school spirit which he has displayed is well worth emulating. We have benefited greatly from Mr. Scott ' s help and understanding, and we hope that future classes will have the chance to appreciate these qualities. Sandra White Anne Hungerford SPECIAL RECOGNITION We , the class of ' 75, would like to pay a very special tribute to Mr. Comi for his 32 years at Bellows Free Academy. Not only has he taught history, but his record as the Girls ' Basketball coach is very impressive. Mr. Comi acted as advisor for the Student Council for many years. We are proud to have known Mr. Comi and wish him the best in the future. LOYAL SERVICE Eugene F . Ladue Gene came to B.F. A. in September of 1938 as one of two men who took care of the entire school. Thirty-seven years of pride in his work and his smile have made this presentation an honor for us. Gene had an unfortunate accident which forced him to retire, but he will long be remembered for his dedication and concerned attitude. We, Paula Gamache and Linda Pearo have taken it upon ourselves to update this dossier of relevant trivia. So before you do fall asleep, we will step right into our version of the History for the Class of 1975. DURING OUR FRESHMAN YEAR: ' 72 - We had the pleasure of becoming acquainted with the silent majority . . . the Minor twins. - In the Freshman play, The Open Window, Julie Flanagan fell out of the open window. - After singing his way through Camelot , Bob Barker was contracted to sing the I smell clean soap commercials. - Ainsworth Mills, Sandy White, Andy Kimball, Laurie Tri, Sally Anstey, Julie Hogan, Mark Dowling, Bill Leahy, Christine Dow, Bob Barker, and Gail Marcia have received a combined total of 1,323 semester A ' s, but the ace group is still trying to live down the c one of ihem earned in Phys-Ed class during their freshman year. You know who you are! - After registration day, we lost track of David Lemnah. Would someone please notify us of liis whereabouts. (He has probably run all the way to Pittsburg by now.) DURING OUR SOPHOMORE YEAR: ' 73 - Tom Hungerford started his career in hustling ... on and off the ice. - We dedicated the popular tune Funny Face to our buddy, Ellen Read. (Alias Mrs. Beasly.) - Now before we go on, Eugene Gratton has made it clear that his participation in the F.F. A. was to be mentioned. - (I think). What happened to that ol ' winning streak we had in eighth grade??? - As a sophomore Student Council Representative, Beth not only put her two cents worth in, but also her two-lips (Tulip)?!? DURING OUR JUNIOR YEAR: ' 74 - Bobby Chevalier, who couldn ' t organize a birthday party, was elected President of our Student Council for 1974 and 1975. - After becoming B.F.A. ' s football hero, Chris Costes, in his senior season, sold his soul to com- mercialism and took Joe Namaih ' s place in the panty-hose commercial. - Madeline Parent spent her nights on the football field waiting for her baton to come down. - We consider Greg Christie ' s greatest accomplishment, (aside from the hockey state championship) writing a book report on Ralph J. Bunch, for Mr. Comi ' s U.S. class. - Again in Mr. Comi ' s U.S. class, Debbie Moore started the year off with a bang, when she couldn ' t -ocate Florida on a map of the United States. - And now a question to Paul Michaels. Are you graduating with us? 47 DURING OUR SENIOR YEAR: ' 75 - Mark Kemp was busy being the alternator. - Jim Cushman has spent the better part of his senior year writing. I love Maureen. on his note- book. - Anne Hungerford kept a tense watch outside B.F. A. with her musket. As a result she won the D.A.R. award along with the other daughter, who ever he is. - After a second year full of dramatic success, Lynn Remillard is donating her gorgeous clothes to the B.F. A. wardrobe department. - To Matt O ' Connor, Greg Cosies, Bob La rose , Tim Connolly, Doug Magnant and Andy Lockhan - in the words of Andy Griffith, Good soccer players, good soccer players . . . - Our thanks to Flash Duprat who has snapped (camerai his way into the hearts of the B.F. A. student body, and to Patty Brannon, Mike Howrigan, John French, and Dan Howrigan who have contributed many valuable chapters to the Farmers Almanac during the past four years. - A word of appreciation for Mike Fairbanks, Mike Cross, Steve Robtoy, Mark Perras, Rober Yan- dow, Bob Morin, Danny Sullivan, Karl Miller, Tim Trombley. Bobby Tatro, Mike McLeod, Debbie King, Kim LeClair, Mary Coleman, Mike Danyow, and Dave Pion who have spent the better pan of their high school years walking on the fried side . - Daniel Morrier, nous t ' aimons beaucoup. Nous ne savons pas scoo-be-do. How bout dat ' ' For future reference, we have included in the Yearbook under Vital Statistics the important offices held throughout our unforgettable years at B.F. A. On this happy note we leave you with something short and sweet big hand for the little lady! Sue Lambert.
