In passing, we leave you advice From the Class of '61 Before we leave these sacred walls, We'd like to pause a minute To write a clever epitaph With witty phrases in it. Now some advice we give to J uniors, The sorrowful class of '62. Remember! You're taking the place we held! Become individuals! You cattle, you! We refrain from leaving you advice, Oh class of '63. We have for you, instead, a hope. . . You could grow up, maybe. And to the Class of '64, Whom we don't know too well, Change your ways, Oh little ones, Or you'll wind up in. . . Mr. Massa's Office. Arlene Murray wants a man. CShe's tried every class! Why don't you relax, Arlene. . . And let them make the pass! And Linda Bell advises girls Of an inexperienced mode, To avoid teasing, just stay ofT The Fisher Ice Pond Road! Old Mercury writers advise the new To write and stop this shirking! But Mike Mcflinn advises none. Qlt's on himself he's working.J Norm Brier advises none To seek great acclamation By expounding lengthy theories on Negative Acceleration. Dick Lahlarche wants to say To Bostwick and his pals Try to humor Mr. White Or else give up the gals! We feel that all the Sophomore girls Who want to have a habit Should give up smoking cigarettes And take up raising rabbits! Old German students advise the new Take German if you're able. , . Beware! Herr Harmon's Schadenfreude. . . He comes. . ,Then Nacht und Nebel. The AModern' class of '61 Says in a voice that's weak Mr. Comi, Help yourself! And THINK before you speak. . . CTU avoid saying 'fPremediated. . . As well as planned ahead And Quote me if I'm wrong and various other things you've said.J And when Mr. Eaton bellows out That Seniors don't impress him. . .
