IDEDICATICDN ALBERTA L. BEEMAN It is our privilege to honor with this issue of THE BIERCURY a woman well- known and beloved by all in our community-Miss Alberta L. Beeman. As a teacher in the old St. A. H. S. and in B. F. A. she was always faithful and dependable, scholarly, yet full of sympathetic understanding. Since retiring from active teaching, Miss Beeman has exerted her influence in many directions. At present she is a school commissioner, chairman of the Board of Trustees of B. F. A., a trustee of the Stranahan Memorial Fund, and a trustee of Vermont Junior College. Church work and club work also claim her attention. ln 1929, in recog- nition of her accomplishments in educational fields, the degree of Master of Arts was conferred upon her by Middlebury College. YVhatever her interests, she is always helpful and stimulating to those associated with her. Therefore we dedicate this, our Senior Yearbook, to Miss Alberta Beeman-a true teacher, an outstanding citizen, a noble woman. l4l
