NATIONAL THESPIAN SOCIETY During the school year 1959-1960, the Bellmar Thespians have benefited greatly from various activities. Numerous one-act plays were directed and acted out by members of the club. There were several programs given on stage movements and stage techniques. The kindergarten classes also bene- fited and enjoyed the story telling sessions given by the club. A special guest, a drama student from Carnegie Tech, was presented to the Thespians to discuss the art of dramatics. At a later date the Thespians were enlightened by a talk from a Charleroi radio announcer. These programs were given for the purpose of earning sufficient points in time for the annual initiation of the National Thespian Society.
