The 1983 Homecoming week was a success. The Senior's win- ning theme was Batman and Robin. The Sophomores came in second with Star Trek, the Juniors third place theme was Hap- py Days. Awesome Friday! Although Homecoming lasted all week, the fun didn't end Friday, as that’s where it all began. All the classes were shortened and the excitement started with the assembly. After the assembly ev- eryone cruised out to watch the parade. Then, later that evening was the football game against Stanwood, and a dance for the students and Alum- ni. 1: Raiders anxiously awaited the arrival of the floats. 2: Seniors yelled wildly for yell competition during the Homecoming As- sembly. 3: Jeff Charlton, Brenda McAfee, and Lisa Baisden got “spaced out’’ while walking down Sophomore hall. 4: Raider Band paraded through the halls on Friday. 5: John Ihlan and Rhonda Hall admired the parade. 6: Jill Schaper and Niclas Fredrikson went to ‘‘Inspiration Point’’ during the parade. 30 Homecoming
