1971 Homecoming As you entered the halls of Bellingham High School on Monday, October 4, you may have felt a change in time as we moved back to Medieval Times. With the tallying of the old-fashioned shoes the Juniors took the lead in what proved to be the most competitive homecoming ever. Saws, hammers and paint brushes went to work that night with the beginning of the hall decorating. They were finished Tuesday night with hundreds of people scurrying to meet the deadline of 9:30. Also on Tuesday the Freshmen earned their first points taking honors on the Medieval Hat day. The Sophomores tried to get into the swing of things on Wednesday but managed only a tie with the Frosh in Medieval Dress counting. The Seniors also played their part by selling students and teachers as slaves during the lunch hour. X W M
