A.S.B. President Rea Thompson smiles during his introduction of Coach Rex Johnson at the Foot- ball Awards Assembly. New doors were opened and rusty hing- es were oiled as the Class of '63 took ov- er BHS with Rea Thompson as their de- pendable and tremendously enthusiastic leader. Utilizing his persuasive person- ality, Rea helped stir up Raider Rooter spirit and gain student and administra- tion support for the Good Guy's red vests. A tip of every Raider Rooter hat was far overdue for ASB President Rea by June '63. Eighteen NEW IDEAS SOUGHT Vice-President Curt Wilson's sly grin follows one of his typical in-between-speaker jokes. Wliether introduczng an assembly, sit- ting in with Executive Board or just standing around, BHS Vice-President Curt Wilson almost always has a story or laugh-producing comment. With his red vest he helped President Rea on the school spirit campaign. As well as dredg- ing up new ideas for an effective Execu- tive Board, Curt added a special some- thing to many an assembly skit. Judy Nowak, ASB. Secretory smiles brightly as students applaud results of the B-Drive. Third of Bl-lS's trio of student leaders was Secretary Judy Nowak. With her or- ganization powers, B-Drive took on new significance at BHS. Every class topped their goal by lOO'Ms with the Seniors bow- ing to the Sophomores by VQM. .ludy kept Executive Board minutes and an- swered correspondence as well as she wrote English themes. Judy was another example of the Senior Class's adminis- trative ciptness.
