'L 3. .0 1.- S Y' 1 xy g SENIOR HISTORY When the doors of B. T. H. S. opened to the Class of '52, we were a body of twelve students. The-girls seemed to out- number the boys 10-2. and still out number them 8-2. On our return as Sophomores we were eleven strong, but we lost Jean Unzicker, Carol Kuhns and Bob Flint before the year ended. Ken Curtis transfered from Farmer City in March. Like most Juniors, we spent our entire year making money for the great event of the year, the Junior-Sr. Prom. We ran the concession stand at all the ball games, sponsored a box social, square dance, cake walks, and the great dramatic production, Toby Helps Out. When the time for the prom finally arrived, we chose Moonlight and Roses as our theme and this was carried out in the decorations and the banquet. Our final year at B. T. H. S. brought the added responsibility of the annual. Jean Otto served as our boss woman with Kenneth Curtis serving as vice-presidentg Alberta Simpsen, treasurer, Charlene Sommer, secretary, Carol Copenhaver, reporter. Now that the time has finally arrived for graduation, it doesn't seem possible that we've been in high school four years. We wish each of our fellow seniors much success in the future, and we hope that the underclassmen enjoy their four years of high school as much as we've enjoyed ours. Operated by Hugh A pg W fi.
