Young But Successful Rebuilding was the key word for the 1983 girls track team. The team lost six seniors last year and returned with one senior and a handful of juniors and sophomores. The majority of the team's members were in Jr. High. Although the team was young, they still managed to have a successful season. Some of the highlights of the season were winning the Panther Relays and capturing sec- ond place at the Bellevue Invitational. Four of the team's members qualified for the state track meet. They were the 400 meter relay team of Dianna Neises, Lori Doctor, Jamie Noe and Lisa Rob- ertson, who captured fourth place in their event.
