B-echfin and Genfrup Teachers and Textbooks: All members of the Board The Board of Education this year has one new member-Tack W. Klein who succeeds Thomas W. lvlooar. The Boards goal, as in the past, has been to operate the best possible school program with the money made available by the local taxpayers and the State. Its financial policy is to operate on a cash basis with no deficit financing. For the second time within a decade, the Board laces a crisis in school management and support-teacher shortage and greatly increased operating costs. Dale Bellevue is fortunate in havina as its Superintendent cf Schools, a competent administrator who knows how to relate and coordinate the functions and activi- ties of the school to the community. He has helped to build and maintain a wholesome and vital interest on the part of the citizens of Bellevue in their school system. ln spite of these heavy duties, Mr. Dale finds time to work Closely with the students and faculty from day to day on a personal basis, insuring for them an adequate, well- balanced and stirnulatina educational program. PRINCIPAL Geo. H. Wright As Principal and teacher, Mr. Wriaht keeps in close tcizch with every mem- ber of the student body. With sympathy and understanaina he handles our little problems and difficulties as they arise throuahout the year. His Warm and friendly personality, together with a certain firmness and decisiveness of manner, have won hirn the respect and admiration of all of us.
