YOUNG GENTLEMENS' RECREATIONAL ORGANIZATION One of Bellevue Senior High SchooI's major inspirational forces is its Boys' Club, a closely knit group, serving to unite all the boys in the school. Under the leadership of Dennis Gleeson, president, Bucky Llewellyn, vice-president, Mike Strandberg, secretary, and Bob Kitto, treasurer, Boys' Club has had a successful year, This year the club had as its ad- viser Mr. Peters. For the flrst time the club organized a Boy-of-the-Month committee. Pete Peterson served as chairman of the committee and each month a boy was chosen for his honor. From the Senior Boys-of-the-Month a Boy-of-the-Year is chosen. This is the highest honor that a boy can receive in Boys' Club. A new leaf was turned over and the treasury was over- flowing with money! The boys had several different proiects to raise these funds. One was selling coffee and donuts at the adult education classes. Another event was the Christmas dance that was sponsored Iointly by the Girls' and Boys' Clubs. Dad's Night provided a wonderful time for both the boys and their fathers. There was food and entertainment for all.
