M.S. will follow us through our lives. The bus rides to school, the inspiration of chapel, the broadening of our horizons in classes, the enjoyment of literary activities, and the competitive spirit in athletics have all been areas through which Christ has been made more real. 4 . 1 i . 1 Xxx . 4 - B DEDICATIO As an expression of our appreciation for your guidance, your Christian service, and your dedicated work as principal and teacher, we, the Class of 1968, feel proud and honored to dedicate this KISH-O-VALE to you, MR. PAUL E. BENDER. X FORWARD We, the Senior Class of l96S, hope that as you leaf through the following pages you will share with us sorne of our fondest memories and past experiences. Our days at B.M.S. have challenged us to a life of greater service and dedication to God and to our fellowmen. Here we have caught the vision of our responsibility to a needy world and have become more aware of God's call to our generation. For to me to live is Christ. It can neither be purchased nor acquired by fraud. Success is a quality, the product of honest toil and not the artful manipulation or accumulation of material. This quality of character results from a serious effort to be oneself by the Spirit of God. Success is not neces- sarily a matter of arriving, but rather a continual striving toward a goal that challenges the soul to press toward perfection. The future lies ahead. You face a world with mixed values and goals. This reality will become a challenge or a threat to you. The choice is yours to serve or be served. May God give you a courageous confidence that With Christ at the lead, we will always succeed. Sincerely, Paul E. Bender PRESIDE T'S MESSAGE As a graduating class you step from the early years of your life into a world of change, adventure, and strife. With Christian education and a Christian heritage you are able to face this new experience with a positive aspect. Each one succeeds as he applies the knowledge and understanding he acquires in both formal years of education and experiences in life. As Christ leads you through life into His service He also provides sustaining grace for the issues as you meet them. Therefore, graduates, be sure of the leading and direction of Christ and you will experience success, joy, peace, and satisfaction in life. Sincerely in Christ, Trennis S. When the council sees itself as a student group responsible for the students' welfare and for the creation of a harmonious school atmosphere in which all may learn to the maximum of their ability, the council is then close to the heart of the educative activity of the school.
