Harry Brown 82 Stephens Street General Course Harry or Brown , as his chums call him, is a friendly fellow who seems to be inter- ested in everything . . . likes to play basketball, watch football, listen to good music, and lend an ear to Harry James' rendi- tion of You Made Me Love You . . . can you blame him... plans to become a commercial artist. Helen Grace Bro 194 Greylock Parkway General Course Rather serious with a will of her own . . .no one can accuse her of chattering . . . the wail of an ambulance siren will send her scurrying to the win- dow . . .a cut finger will bring her on a run . . . Helen intends to become a nurse. . .full of determination so we are sure she will succeed. Eileen Browne 75 Division Avenue College Course Because of a certain dark- haired athlete, it is no wonder that Eileen has gone in for basketball . . . makes a good forward at that...a vacation means nothing to her unless it's a week longer than every- one ,else's...she is always laughing and will be remem- bered as the Florida GirI . John Bruno I6 King Place General Course John hailed from Room 3l2 and is another of our future engineers . . . after graduation plans to enter Georgetown... likes anything that gives him a laugh . ., is an ardent fan of all sports. . .especially fond of football and baseball , .. sticks to anything that gets him down. 64 Columbus Avenue General Course Camillo is a boy of many names including Nino , Ben- ny , Butch , and Commy ...likes all sports and par- takes in many . . . algebra was his most pleasant class... would prefer to find work of a mechanical nature...was a Junior Red Cross representa- tive. . . likes subsitufe teach- ers, Robert Buckley 77 Perry Street General Course This fellow can be seen con- stantly riding his little car all around town . . , Buck is prac- tically a radio expert or should be, considering the time he spends on their workings... his high average in bowling has helped the high school team . . .although Quiet most of the time, he can be a wit when he is once started. Eugene Burke WI' -'GU' BWV 245 Little sneer 567 Washington Avenue Commercial Course There Are Smiles . . . well, just smile and that, with a set of pearly teeth, will easily conquer Jean . . . what a weak- ness . . . balances this with a love for swimming, roller skat- ing and dancing. . . likes ice skating if it didn't mean so much sitting . . . will do enough of that as a private stenog. General Course Eugene is quite a basketball player and plays on the Chiefs Team . . . enjoys football and attends all the B. H. S. games .. . finds sleeping a very oleas- ant pastime in his spare min- utes . . . is tall and friendly I .. called Burke by iust about everyone. , . would like to be a draftsman, but we predict suc- cess for him in whatever he does. 21

Robert Boice 58 Prospect Street College Course Bob is a fellow who talks with ease on almost any subject. . . this has been a great aid to- ward his success in the Pub- lic Speaking Club and on the Debating Team. . . Latin and homework in general are Bob's dislikes. . . knows baseball in- side out . . .after graduation intends to study to be a his- tory teacher. Jacy is still trying to get her license . . . crazy about the dance floor and mustard. . .quite a mix- ture. --1' s Raymond Botto 2l7 Stephens Street General Course Ray is a very mechanically minded young fellow . . .his greatest interest in school is mechanical drawing . . . he plans to be a draftsman and a bach- elor . . . he belonged to the Bachelor Club in his senior year . . . learned to swing a mean bowling ball in the Boys' Bowling Club. . . in his leisure he enjoys reading blood curd- ling murder mysteries. saxophone playing and some day hopes to own his own or- chestra or at least play in a well-known swing band . . . has gained much from his musical experience in school . . .seen constantly on the football field for practice sessions no doubt he will ad-vance in his planned profession.
