Senior Play On November 2 and 3 the senior class presented SUPERSTITIOUS SADIE , a three act farce. The play centered around the superstitions of Sadie Suggs, a simple soul from the hills. Iris Ashford had a beau, Ramon de Castano, and Georgia May and Judy, her two daughters, try to break them up. With the help of Ranee and Tommy Ralston, they succeed. At the same time there's a rumor around that ghosts inhabit the house. Calory, the colored cook, tries to conjur them. When Uncle George and Aunt May, who hate each other, arrive, the whole family tries to keep the apart. Of course, the family has trouble from Mrs. Meechum and Lawyer Chadd as they want to buy the house and make some money because a resort is going to be built on the sight of the property. The play proved to be very sucessful and received many compliments from the audience. It netted a total of $375.50 for the class trip this June.
