Bob Dytom has erected a factory for the manufacture of green cheese and Fred Sabick is head salesman. Jack Ivory has solved the problem of keeping Rosemary in gum. He has a job picking up stale gum for the Wrigley Company. Today I yam a man, declared Bill Ellis, when he recently started to shave. Tessle Wise and Kathleen Whitman have opened a beauty shop and are doing quite well. Barbara Armstrong has become a physical education teacher. Joe Vicario is now the star pitcher with C1ncy's Reds, who won the World's Series last year. Janet Armstrong has little trouble handling men. She is a hospital factory nurse. Ed Harper and Carmen Whetzel have become part of Bill Robin- son's Hot Mikadon. Geraldine Eleyet writes short stories and in her spare time can murder the Bee as well as Jack Benny. Wanda Robeson and Virginia Rambo have become airplane host- esses, while Betty Baxley is a social worker. Barbara Heydinger has an advice to the lovelorn column in a large newspaper. We hope that the members of the Bellefontaine senior class of 1940 mentioned here and those not mentioned will have far more success than has dared be prophesiedg that they will live health- fully and happllyg and that they and other seniors graduating with them may in their turn charter the ship of state and steer it safely through troubled waters to a calm and secure port. CLASS PROPHECY '40 Throughout the past twelve or thirteen years, approximately 140 students have come together and now are ready to graduate and embark on the sea of life. I am sure that among them some will meet repeated success, for they have shown great talents during their school days. I am certain also, that most of us would like to know what the senior class of 1940 will be doing ten years from now, so let's take a peak into the future. Ned Krouskop has become a research chemist and is working for the F.E.I. in that capacity. Gail Holderman , who used to be the quietest boy in school, is a pilot and has become quite a playboy. George Messner taine High. Dick Peck, no, has become a commercial teacher in Bellefon- he doesn't own the Shell Corporation, he is still working for Sam Dowell on North Main Street. The greatest success story yet. Pam Lemieux has found some- one who can't talk back. She has married a deaf mute. Carey Whaley after many treatments has reached the height of 5 ft. Jim Leister has become U.S. Ambassador to the Antarctic.
