The responsi- sibilities of the division are not small, however. It is responsible for all electrical equipment on board, which consists of motors, generators, lights and interior com- munications equipment. Some of the major equipment is the Gedunk flce Creaml making machine fof coursel, generators for lighting and power require- ments, gyro compass, general announcing equipment and sound motion picture equipment. The equipment serviced by NE Division covers the extremities of the ship, including an instrument projecting through the IC3g Holloway, EMFNQ Snell, EMCA. Not Pictured: Kamp, IC3g Brannan, EM3. bottom of the ship to indicate the shipls speed through the water. uE'i Division has 12 men assigned, which at present is quite a representation of the states-from the East Coast, West Coast, Minnesota, Missouri, and, of course, Texas.
