Our class was the largest freshman class to enter this high school. Our sophomore year was a little more active as we were initiated and really became a part of high school. We won first prize for the Bronc Day float and also the jug for being the loudest yelling class. We also put on our first successful W. P. A. dance. Our officers for that year were Vic Fondy, ,presidentg Eugene Young, secretary and treasurerg Jeff Thurston and jo Ann Coughlin, student council. We began to play for the junior-Senior prom and banquet. The class officers for the busy year were Jo Ann Coughlin, presidentg Anne Hoffman, vice- presidentg Rex Nilson, secretary and treasurerg Virginia Newell and Mark Eixenberger, student council representativesg La Vonne Grosse, Red Cross representative. Our magazine sales ranked high with Margie Gail Pederson as top salesman. As our senior year rolled around we began to think of colleges and universities. With the aid of these officers-Lawrence Pelaez, presidentg Ruby Robinson, vice-presidentg Bob Manning, secretary and treasurerg Bill Kirksey and Beverly Willett, student council representatives, and Jane Pluimer, Red Cross representative. Our float in the Bronc Day parade was classed as the most beautiful. Jane Pluimer was elected the queen for BRONC DAY and Jeff Thurston was elected marshall for the day.
