'Lasik will sub has it n ment We, the class of nineteen hundred and fifty two of Belle Center high School, being, of lawful age and of sound mind, memory, and understanding, do make, publish, and declare this, our last will and testament. First, to the faculty, the Senior Class wishes to leave just two words, THANK YOU, for lt is only through your faithful guidance that we are now able to step into the world on our own. No matter how far we roam, we won't forget any of you. Second, to the Juniors, our companions across the hall, we do bequeath our following treasured possessions: Ruth Newman wills her shortness and witty ways to Jeanette Mcllillen. Pat Ammons has inherited Helen P:-ater's long, manageable hair. To Janice Johnston goes Betty Chxrt1s's clarinet ability. Caroline Phillips has willed her continuous giggle to Jim Patterson. Annabelle Halsey's jolly disposition goes to Joann Stout. Frank Liles has inherited Mary-Lou McK:lrahan's ability to play the ulcelele. Jcella Williams wills her seat on the bus to Max Brentllnger. Phyllis Guthrie hes inherited Madge Schultz's sli ck haircut. Marylyn Doyle's piano playing ability goes to Carol Henry. To Margaret Torrence goes Norma James's chemistry knowledge. Barbara Patrick wills her first rate soprano voice to Shirley Swartz. Frank Wlllshs wills his masculine figure to John Royer. R. L. Murphy inherited Arthur MoClure's quiet ways. Jack Gore's black curly huir to Lewis Downey. Bill Berry wills his height to Betty Phaser. To Ronnie Roebuck goes Russ Royez-'s basketball ability. Don Mcllillen wills his 'ways' with the girls to Jim Stout. Bob laughlin wills his 'jitney' to Don Houchin. Norma Torrance wills her bell lyre to Dick Bnughman. To Bonnie Rockhold goes Jim Shaphsrd's lung power. Nadine Lawery has inherited Bob Quny's joking ability. John Osborn wills his loquaciousness to Anne Laughlin. Senior Eprophanip A huge cloud is appearing over tl! horizon and already drops of rain are falling toward the earth. Why, it really isn't rain, lt's. the prophecy of the '52' Senior Class. Gather around, let's see what the raindrops have to tell us. Ruth Newman, wa find, is now head nurse at White Cross Hos- pital, located at the edge of Belle Center. Norma Torrance is now secretary to the main boss at Conover Ivbdeling Agency in New York and we hear the boss is quite a hand- some fellow. Soma people have all the luck. Julia Newman has finally made it, we see, as a certain farnsr's wi fe, emi is now residing near Zanesfield. ' Arthur Murray has employed Madge Schultz as a dancing instructor in his studies. Jeanette Ross has her 61m radio show on ll.0.H.P. in Bellefontaine. Her sponsors are the makers of TIDE. located in downtown Chicago we find Jeann1e's Shoppe , a stylish emporium operated by Norma Janes. Jim Shepherd is now the football coach at Ohio Northern University It Lane Jim Dysert went into a strange profession, a tree surgeon, of all things. Hs specializes in 'trimmin' wittle twigs'. Don McMillan has inherited a pineapple grove in Hawaii. As he has never nnrried, he is still the great lover and wolf. Caroline Phillips runs a laundry at New Richland. She employs her husband to deliver the clothes to the customers. Remember Glenn Ricketts? He is new a popular professor at a high-class girls' school, and he is the only nnle teacher. Nom in the process of making his second million is Dean Groves, a sheep rancher in Texas. Judy Bazzle now lives five miles out of Huntsville- with her husband, one boy and three girls. Pete Amnons is an admiral in the United States Navy and is stationed in California. He plans to make California his permanent home for his wife, four boys and two girls. Arthur McClure seems to be well-known wherever he goes. He is climbing the ladder of fame with his boxing abl lity. Uust stretch your imagination and you might be able to see him as a boxer.J Frank Willekus is in California playing the leading role in the famous movie, 'Leather Stocxclng Talas'. Hs plays the part of the 'leather Stockingh Down in Bbmphis, Tennessee, Bob Laughlin owns a used car lot. He selLs Model 'T' Fords and has a special ly hui lt model for his personal use. Betty Curtis is married to a millionaire and has, as her hobby, traveling around the world. Mary Lou Patrick CMcKirahanJ and her husband, Bill, are managing a basketball team composed of their five sons. Joella William, after working for seven years, has finally received her degree and is now eligible to teach physical education. Michigan State boasts of it's Home Economics teacher, Nerylyn Doyle. Barbara Patrick is a beautician in Kansas where she resides with har happy fBlTdlye The girls are still going wild over Jack Core, who is now a famous grid-iron star. Bill Berry, with his wife and four children, is living on a pros- nerous farm at the edge of Woodstock. . Operating a large fish csnnery at the edge of Boulder Dam in Colorado we find Russ Royer and wife, Phyllis. Milton Berle, Mr.Televis1on, himself, has been replaced by our local comedian, Bob Quay. John Osborn, because of his proficiency in public speaking, is now in politics, expecting to be elected Governor of Ohio. , Helen Prater has becorns a rootin', tootin' cowgirl in Texas. She is qui te wealthy, due to the fact that rich deposits of radium have been discovered on her property. The sun has finally succeeded in breaking through the clouds, but we hope you have enjoyed the shower.
