Qbeobca f i on : F ' 1957's Golden Bell Dinner, the social highlight of the year. On September l3, I933 the San Jose News reported: The Bellarmine Dad's Club was or- ganized at Bellarmine College Preparatory last night with Frank D, Volpe of San Jose being elected president. . . The club was founded to organize those men who are interested in the maintenance and development of the school and make them more 'Bellarmine conscious '. For almost twenty-five years the Dad's Club has played an ever increasing, ever important role in Bellarmine's progress. Without their faith- ful assistance, sometimes in the face of great obstacles, the new school building, campus gar- dens, swimming pool, faculty building and a host of other improvements would have been impossible. In grateful appreciation, the faculty and students are happy to dedicate this l958 CARILLON to the Bellarmine Dad's Club. The annual Dod's and Son's day tr KKK .
