These famous Words first spoken by Abraham Lincoln have stated in a simple way the true and symbolic meaning of Democracy. Democracy is at work in the mills, the factories, the schools, the mines the farms and the homes of millions of personsg in short, Democracy is at work everywhere in this great nation of ours. It is the voice of the people. It is the story of dreams and ideals of these people. These people who want their children after them to enjoy the freedoms, rights and privileges democracy affords to all. Because we enjoy these liberties and wish to uphold them. we have chosen the theme of democracy for our annual. Y eaafenlil Competition DEDICATIDN N To our friend and teacher, Miss Mary C.
