t C , gc adrnihislralich Three personalities in the Bell story are indispensible to the de- velopment of our fine school. Through the hands of Mr. William Ruess, principal, run all the threads of the story, and by him they are given purpose and direction. After graduating from Fairfax High and attending UCLA, Mr. Ruess served us as Vice-Principal for five years and gained the acquired qualities to become our esteemed Principal for the past two years. Working hand in hand with Mr. Ruess were Miss Geraldine Schwaderer and Mr. John Falxa, Girls' and Boys' Vice-Principals respectively. Miss Schwad- erer, a graduate of Hollywood High, UCLA and USC, has served us for the past four and a half years. Besides her regular tasks she is co-ordinator of all activities. Mr. Falxa came to Bell two years ago from Edison Junior High where he served as Vice-Princi- pal. He attended Santa Barbara State College and Stanford and completed his graduate work at USC. Our administrators have truly made the Bell story one to be remembered and cherished by all. 6 Mr. John Steel, registrar, who is in charge of all school attendance, has served our school efficiently since 1930. Before his years at Bell High, Mr. Steel graduated from the University of California at Berkeley where he received his A.B. Degree.
