Cary art club. . .furthers appreciation Cary Art Club is one-of Belhaven's oldest organizations, as it dates back to the l920's, when it was founded by the former art in- structor, Bessie Cary Lemly, after whom the club is named. The Cary Art Club seeks to foster the appreciation of art and to make its members aware of art in daily life.
