The Belfast Rockets had a good season this year. They won nine out of twelve games in the county league and five out of seven outside the county. ' 7 In our first game in the tournament, we defeated Fairfield by a score of 53-44. The next game, we came back to play Lynchburg. We were edged out by a score of 39-37. Our last game, we did not come up to our usual average and thus fell by the wayside by a score of 50-38. 7 , Q . t ' We did get something out of the basketball season this year, we tied with Lynchburg for second place in the county league. For thisg we won a nice trophy.
