LOUISIANA Dear Friends: February 11, 1953 Into this book the annual staff has assembled for us a pictorial story of our school days during this session. We have made many new friends and strengthened our old friendships while others have moved on but are not forgotten. It has been said that a friend is a person who still likes you despite your accomplishments. Perhaps this is putting the cart before the horse but there is always a genuine challenge in success and in meeting these problems we will find that our friends can be a most valuable asset. As you turn the pages of this 1952-1953 EAGLE, recall those days and occasions which were most pleasant and you will discover that had it not been for the close relationships enjoyed, there would be nothing to remember. Cherish your memories of past acquaintances and look to the future with a living faith in Him, who placed us here as His children and let us do unto His Kingdom on Earth as He would have us do.
