The Class Prophecy December 11, 1964 Dear Mr. Moore; I thought perhaps you would like to hear some news about folks who graduated in the class of '54. At the present time we are traveling around the world. When we happen to meet Herman Oswald, who has completed his life long ambition, which is running a soft drink Parlor. In his spare time he gets to mow the chief's lawn. As we entered Spain we ran on to Kenneth Schlickbernd who is now a champion bull fighter. As we were sitting in the stadium watching the great bull fighter we ran on to Leroy Koenig who is a first class street cleaner. As we traveled into France we stopped in a side walk cafe where we were surprised to see Jo Ann Tichota who was sitting at the table next to us with her little baseball team. She always said she was going to have a large family. As we hurried on to London we decided to see one of Englands' greatest Opera's. We were surprised to hear that Marlys Albus is the star singer. After hearing such a program we were soon on our way to Hawii where we were met by Ann Schlickbernd doing her Hawaiian dance. After a long talk with her. she took us to meet Mary Kuncl who married a very rich man from the states who is now vacationing in Hawaii. We were soon on our way to China where we met Naomi Kroeger who never succeeded in getting Herman Oswald for her groom to be, took up Missionary work in China. We were soon sailing for Australia. As we ordered our dinner we met a good looking stewardess to be nobody else but Dorothy Heitman. As we returned to the United States we went to Arizona where we visited Ver Nelle Sindelar where she is owner of a big dude ranch. Her chief dude is Victor Jording. As we returned to Nebraska we visited Betty Young who is married to a successful farmer north of Beemer. Sincerely yours Karen Burke Raymond Picha P.S. Maybe you would like to know what we are doing.
