The Beekmantown L V and Varsity cheerleaders have these qualities and more. 0ur cheerleaders should be congratulated for showing such finewsportsmanship and for their hard work during the year. ,EVQCYMQICFE they went this yearhthey were recognized as gbeing among the best squads in the Champlain Valley League. Their original music and dance routines-and the only male coach in the north country-made the Beekmanhzwn squads unique. As the yearbook went to press, the boys team was pushing for a second place Hnish and preparing for the sectionals. The girls team was sitting on top of the standings with only two matches left and stood an excellent chance of sweeping both league and section honors. With thirty underclassmen ID on the team, prospects for the future are very bright indeed.
