These members meet many, many times during each school year to make those decisions necessary for the successful operation of the school district. BCS underwent a change in its supervising structure this year. Dr. Walter, former secondary school principal became the Superintendent of Schools and has replaced Dr. George Saunders, former Superintendent who has retired
