L'urrenth', there are twenty four calculus students enrolled the largest in Beekmantown 's history. A Scholastic Aptitude Test Mathematics review class was initiated for seniors this year. Eight TRS 80 micro-computers are currently being used in Computer Mathematics to teach programming. lQm.m---- ss! science The Beekmantown Science Department offers students the chance to under- stand the fundamental elements of our changing environment. Students are bet- ter able to understand the changing scenes around them. Last year in many science classes a self-teaching system was instituted. lt met with great success and is presently still in use. Students find it exciting and interesting to learn about the different physical components which make up today's world.
