winter weekend' throu h the eyes of a child After years of no snow, we hnally had a winter in 1982. But a week before the Winter Weekend a short thaw and a quick freeze turned our fluffy snow into white rock and once again snow sculp- tures were scratched from the agenda. But what a weekend! A window painting contest fwon by the seniors, of coursel, a tug of war fseniors, againj, games, concessions, and lots of good food and music created a festive mood for the over four hundred students who spent a SATURDAY at school. At night, the 'punks came out from wherever punks come from to attend the biggest dance in many years and to be assaulted by the exciting sounds of the Nuclear Accidents.
