Junior Red Cross Members are, first row; Betty Bash, Linda Jetmore, Mary Wilder, Sue Ackmann, Pom Jetmore, Key Hunt, Debbie Alfrey, and Connie Beattie. Second Row; Miss Bixler, sponsor; Connie Murphy, Teresa Highland, Martha Hull, Janet Hommel, Kay Carter, Donna Denker, Barbara Wise, and Rosalie Wilson. Third Row: Barbara Daily, Janice Bosma, Karen Meurer, Peggy Zovodny, vice-president; Charlene Mize, Joyce Shaffer, secretary-treasurer; Cheryl Finchum, and Bette Shaffer, president. Beech Grove is one of the many schools around the world with a Junior Red Cross organization. The club performs worthwhile civic ac- tivities. Some of the projects were: making garments for hospital pa- tients, making up a party box for a children ' s hospital, and filling an Overseas Chest with essentia! school supplies. Shortly before Christmas the girls took a trip to the Marion County Juliette Home for the Aged. They gave a Christmas program on the stage at the home. Here Teresa Highland, Kay Hunt, Donna Denker, Martha Hull, and Kay Carter pack the apples which they distributed to the residents.

Pep Club The Pep Club accompanied the teams to all the games. They raised the spirit of both the team and the fans wherever they went.
