Staff Completes Last Transition The yearbook staff worked hard for a couple of months to combine all of the events of the school year. The selling staff was busy in the fall taking orders and publicizing the book to the students. Photos had to be correctly identified. Working on the layouts was a time consuming job and many mistakes had to be corrected. As the deadlines came closer, copy finally finished, and all layouts completed, we put everything together to make this 1971 Transition. A new innovation this year was the combination of the two schools into one cover and still retaining separate identities. It was a difficult job, but it makes the yearbook twice as enjoyable and memorable. East and West finally became united. -vi Front Row: M. Stopak, C. Bill, S. Luetke, K. Wingate, P.
