Our forefathers were so greatly inter- ested in its operation that they dealt with it in the first Article of the Constitution. That Article sets forth the power and duties of the country's highest legisla- tive body-the Congress of the United States of America. The school year 1967-68 has been an important one ,to the students and faculty. Student government has advanced to the point where it represents the will of the student body more than ever before. Student Council originated a program for electing class officers which has provided a much-needed understanding of the procedures of our national elections. Democracy has truly found a place in Bedford High School. I
