MR. R. F. VAN DYKE Superintendent of the Bedford High School and head of the Bedford Public Schools for the past eight years, Mr. Van Dyke is well known and liked by both parents and students. The graduates of B. H. S. will have a pleasant recollection of those four years under Mr. Van Dyke administration. Each year a great deal of time is spent by the Board of Education in the interests of the local schools. Members of the board help to solve the problems of financing, planning and administrating the Bedford schools. Board of Education members perform numerous extras in the best interest of the school, giving most freely of their time and energy. The members of the school board are: Harold Guenther, Dr. Don Anderson, Leland Duncan, Kenneth Fellows and Robert Stacy. Harold Guenther is President of the Board, Carl Cummings is the Secretary. So to the school board goes a special thank you from the students and school patrons.
