Audrel Jeffers Publicity .........,...... .............. M argaret Jeffers A group of Bedford Home Economics girls organized a clulb in the fall of 1927 known as the Home Economics Cllub. The purpose of this cluib is to form a connecting link between the home and the school, and to train young women to be active and efficient leaders in home, community and social life. The club poem is Kipling's If . The motto is to serve others. The Club has been active in serving banquets and helping in various way-s. They very successfully raised money to ,send two delegates to Des Moines and same to Shenandoah. The Home Economics Cfliuib is affiliated with the National Home Economics Association, Last year was the first for a clulb of this nature in B. H.
