H. H. Mourer, superintendent of schools, probably has much on his mind also as he readies himself for one more ac- tive school day. His job is one that carries much responsibility and he undoubtedly appreciates all the cooperation and help given him by students, faculty and com- munity. H. A. Lloyd, high school principal, smiles faintly as he prepares to enter B. H. E. for another busy day. When he gets into the building, Mr. Lloyd will probably have to confront numerous complaints, problems, and ideas all in the day's work. XVe should appreciate and re- spect the consolation and advice given by our patient principal. And so another day

As school doctor, Dr. W'ynne checks hearts, puts on and checks TB patches, checks teeth, and is responsible for reports of school acci- dents and health problems. of Work and Worvy The secretaries and treasurers have more than just a few problems accompanying their work. llrx. Mildred Corju. infwrirzlmilwzik xfrri' A. W. Miller, attendance supervisor, is a handy man for school officials to have around when spring arrives. He's a handy man to have around, period, for he not only checks on delinquents but reports needy cases to the proper olhcials and many adults as well as students have profited by his kindly care. School nurse, Joyce Mcpike, examines sister Maryann's throat to see if all is well. Miss McPike helps Dr. Wynne with his checkings, examines the eyes and ears of all grade children, and helps plan the spring roundup. The school board must function with great care since their actions affect everyone in the community.
